Sorella Wrapped: Our 2025 Year in Review
Eight years in, and this was the year we truly grew into ourselves.
2025 wasn't about reinvention. It was about evolution. We stayed true to the botanically-driven, science-backed foundation that's always defined us while building toward something bigger. Whether you're an esthetician who brings our products into your practice or someone who's woven them into your personal skincare rituals, this year was shaped by our shared commitment to intentional, effective care. Here's how it unfolded.
We expanded the family
January kicked off with Ali and Zoe, two new shades for our Tinted Lip Hydrator collection. The Zoe is a delicate sheer red that enhances your natural color with effortless subtlety. The Ali is an elegant mauve blush that adds just the right amount of warmth. Both give you that healthy, polished look without trying too hard, perfect whether you're finishing a client's facial or heading out the door yourself.
In June, we launched Salving Grace Recovery Ointment. It's a restorative blend of ceramide-rich oils and protective berry wax that does exactly what it should: supports your skin barrier when it needs extra care. No fuss, just reliable support for skin that's been through it.
We refreshed (not rebranded)
Also in June, we unveiled our brand refresh. After eight years, it was time. We'd evolved significantly from where we started, and our visual identity needed to reflect that growth.
Here's the thing: we didn't need a full rebrand because we still loved our brand. We just needed to bring our look in line with who we'd become. The refresh honors our apothecary roots while bringing forward the sophistication and science that define us now. Bigger, bolder, more intentional, and unmistakably us.
We built a better digital home
In August, our new website went live. The visual refresh was important, but this was really about creating a better experience for everyone. For our esthetician partners who rely on us daily, we built in streamlined navigation, robust product education, and easier ordering. For those shopping for their personal skincare needs, we made it simpler to understand our products and find exactly what your skin is asking for.
It's more purposeful, a digital experience that matches the level of care and partnership Sorella stands for.
We gathered
September brought our third annual Sorella Summit. If you were there, you know. There's something about bringing our community together in person: the energy, the real conversations, the shared passion for this work. It reminds us every time why we do what we do.
We also launched new Sorella merchandise because each one of you is a brand ambassador, and we wanted to create pieces you'd actually want to wear. When you rep Sorella out in the world, that matters to us.
We curated for every moment
Between September and November, we launched three new sets designed with intention. The Recovery Kit brings everything you need to soothe and revitalize skin when it needs it most, perfect for post-treatment care or those moments when your skin needs some extra love. The Ritual Set is a collection of items made for meaningful moments in your skincare routine. And The Tradition Set offers a timeless, tried-and-true approach to great skin that works whether you're treating clients or treating yourself.
We made the holidays easier
November and December brought curated holiday offerings designed to make gift-giving simpler. From eye care bundles to body care sets, mini product pairings to mask and tool collections, we created thoughtful combinations that work beautifully as gifts for clients, loved ones, or yourself. Because sometimes the best gift is the one that shows real care.
We made knowledge accessible
In November, we launched our digital key ingredients glossary. It's a starting point, featuring the botanicals and actives we use most, and we'll continue building it out in the year ahead. Education has always been at the heart of what we do, and this is another way we're putting the information you need right at your fingertips, whether you're explaining ingredients to a client or making informed choices for your own skincare.
Looking back, moving forward
March marked our eighth anniversary, and this year reminded us that growth happens when you stay grounded in what matters.
