Daily Regimen
Sensitive skin requires a minimalist, gentle approach that focuses on strengthening your skin's barrier while avoiding potential irritants. Our regimen emphasizes soothing, hydrating ingredients that calm inflammation and support your skin's natural healing processes.
Step 1: Gentle Double Cleanse (Evening Essential)
First Cleanse
Apricot Mango Cleansing Milk: This ultra-gentle milk cleanser removes impurities without stripping or irritating sensitive skin. Rich in nourishing oils that respect your skin's delicate balance.
Second Cleanse
Orange You Jelly Cleanser: An exceptionally mild gel cleanser that provides thorough cleansing while maintaining your skin's protective barrier.

Step 2: Gentle Toning (Morning + Evening)
Watermelon Mint Hydrating Mist: This alcohol-free, soothing mist removes any remaining cleanser residue while providing an immediate burst of hydration and cooling relief to irritated skin.

Step 3: Gentle Exfoliation (1x per week maximum)

Face:
Blueberry Milk Moisturizer This gentle, creamy moisturizer provides essential barrier support without heavy fragrances or potentially irritating ingredients.
Sun Protection:
- Quench & Protect SPF 30 (mineral-based, gentle protection)
- Tropical Topical Matte SPF 30 (if you can tolerate it)
- Tinted Dew Drops SPF 50 (for coverage and protection)
Weekly Enhancements
Soothing Treatment (1x per week)

Understanding Your Skin
Sensitive skin requires patience. You may notice immediate relief from irritation within days, but true barrier strengthening and resilience building takes 8-12 weeks of consistent, gentle care.
Keep a simple skin diary noting any changes in routine, weather, stress, or diet alongside skin reactions. This helps identify patterns and triggers to avoid.
If your skin becomes reactive, immediately simplify your routine to just cleanser, hydrating mist, one serum, and moisturizer until your skin calms down.
Once your skin is stable, you can very gradually introduce new products – one at a time, testing for several weeks before adding anything else.
